It seems to me that any housewife should know how to make apricot juice for the winter at home - with or without a juicer. The recipes are very simple, so you can figure them out without any problems. And to clarify all the nuances of the preparation, I suggest watching a very good video. Prepare for your health!

I had to think about how to make apricot juice for the winter at home: through a juicer and without it, in dacha conditions - when this miracle device worked solely at its own request, ignoring mine. But during the apricot harvest season, you really want to preserve their amazing taste and many beneficial properties for winter use.

Let's start with how to quickly prepare fragrant apricot juice with tender pulp and store it for the winter. This is a very simple recipe.

How to make delicious apricot juice with pulp

For two 1 liter juice cans:

  • Ripe apricots – 1 – 1.5 kg
  • Water – 1 liter
  • Sugar – 1 glass

Wash the apricots thoroughly and remove the pits.

Using an auger juicer or a juice extractor attachment on a meat grinder, squeeze out the fruits. From the specified amount of fruit, 1 liter of thick juice should be squeezed out. We don't need cake.

Housewife tip: The proportions of water and sugar in the recipe are given for 1 liter of squeezed juice. If you get more or less of it, then change the amount of other components accordingly.

Mix apricots with water and sugar. Place on the stove. Once boiling begins, reduce heat and simmer for 7 - 10 minutes.

While bubbling, stir the juice and skim off any foam that forms.

Pour the juice into sterilized jars and seal with sterile lids. Let them cool upside down.

The following recipe is about how to preserve assorted juices with pulp from bright and sunny apricots and sweet apples. Here we will do without a juicer, so the result should be a thick juice - puree.

Juice puree “Bright Sun” for the winter

  • Ripe apricots and sweet apples – 1.5 kg each
  • Sugar – 200 gr.
  • Filtered water – 0.8 l

Pour water into a large saucepan to fill half its volume and set to boil. Pour cold water into another large container.

Place the washed apricots in small batches first in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes, and then immediately in cold water for 30 seconds. Fruits scalded in this way are easily peeled. We immediately take out the seeds from them. We put the finished parts of the pulp into a saucepan, where they will be further cooked.

Wash the apples, remove the peel and seeds. Cut into small cubes and without holding them in the air, mix with apricots.

Housewife's advice: The faster the apples are mixed with apricots, the less they will darken when cut.

Here you can adjust the sweetness and thickness of the future juice.

The mixture needs to simmer for 6-8 minutes.

After that, pour it into boiled jars with lids and roll them up. Usually I get 3 liters of this twist. Now turn it over and cover it with a blanket for a day.

I have another way in stock to quickly prepare very tasty juice from aromatic apricots - again without a juicer and close it for the winter. This canning is a little more labor-intensive, but reduces waste while increasing the volume of home canning.

How to make apricot juice without a juicer

To seal 4 liters of juice:

  • Apricots of the same degree of ripeness – 2.5 kg
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp. l.
  • Purified water

After I wash the apricots and remove the pits, they weigh 2 kg.

I put them in a saucepan and fill them with purified cold water so that it is 3 centimeters higher than the fruits.

Cook until the fruit softens. Usually it takes 8-10 minutes.

Housewife tip: Choose apricots at the same stage of ripeness. This is necessary so that they are cooked at the same time. This way, you'll retain more nutritional value in the juice and spend less effort straining them.

I return the pieces remaining on the sieve to the pan with water, bring to a boil and grind again. I also pass the water from this pan through a sieve.

Now our second pan contains about 3 liters of fruit nectar. I mix sugar into it and add purified water to a volume of 4 liters.

I bring it to a boil, wait a couple of minutes and pour it into sterilized jars. I roll up the boiled lids. I turn it over and cool it under a blanket.

A selection of my recipes on how to make apricot juice for the winter at home: using a juicer and without, is constantly updated. Last summer, my neighbor in the country told me how to seal apricot juice together with pear juice. This is a sweet, delicate drink, although it is prepared without any sugar at all. My children are delighted with it, so I cook in large quantities.

Roll up juice without sugar

To obtain 6 liters of juice:

  • Apricots – 3.6 kg
  • Juicy pears – 5 kg

Wash all fruits thoroughly. Remove pits from apricots and seeds from pears.

Using a hard fruit juicer, extract the juice from the pears. Grind the apricots with a blender or meat grinder. You can add pear juice to the apricot mixture to speed up the process.

Grind the fruit mixture through a sieve. Mix both types of juice.

In an enamel or stainless steel container, bring it to a boil.

Tip for the housewife: You don’t have to remove the foam during the cooking process. It will leave a thick sediment at the bottom of the finished jar of juice. However, when shaken, it simply disperses throughout the entire volume and gives the juice that very tenderness inherent in a drink with pulp.

After boiling the juice for about 5 minutes, carefully pour it into sterile jars and roll up. Place on the lid and wrap overnight.

Of course, juice from fruits squeezed through a juicer is prepared quickly. However, it must be taken into account that soft fruits are demanding on the apparatus. If dense and not quite ripe apricots can be crushed through a centrifugal juicer, then for very ripe ones you will need an auger. I’ll tell you here how to make a thick orange and very healthy drink without spending a lot of effort.

Apricot juice through a juicer

For 3 liter jars:

  • Full ripe apricots – 2.4 kg
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Citric acid – 0.25 tsp.
  • Water – 1 liter

Remove pits from clean apricots. Squeeze through an auger juicer.

Stir sugar and citric acid into apricot puree.

Place all the pulp that remains after squeezing into the prepared, clean, cold water. Boil it and strain through a sieve.

Advice to the housewife: The last step is not necessary, and the water can be immediately combined with apricot puree. But I usually try to get the maximum benefit from each product.

Pour the broth into the puree and boil for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot drink into pre-sterilized jars and seal with sterilized lids. Cool upside down under a blanket.

When I want a light, almost clear drink with my favorite apricot flavor, I cook the juice in a juicer. Such preservation requires almost no time from the owner. And you don’t need to put in much effort.

Preserving apricot juice with a juicer

To make 1 liter of juice:

  • Apricots – 2 kg
  • Sugar – 20 gr.

Thoroughly wash the inside of the juicer and pour boiling water over the hose. Do the same with the iron lid and sterilize the jar.

Divide the washed apricots into halves and place them in the upper container. It is better to remove the bones. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Pour 2 - 3 liters of water into the lower container. Connect the hose to the middle part.

Now turn on the stove and wait for the juice to appear. This usually takes 30 – 40 minutes.

Tip for the housewife: I don’t can the first glass of juice, as it’s not warmed up enough.

Place the hose from the juicer into the prepared jar and, once it is full, immediately screw the lid on. Turn over and wrap until cool.

Housewife tip: Do not throw away the steamed apricot puree from the top of the juicer. If you boil it with sugar, it makes a wonderful jam or jam.

Apricots are record holders for the content of potassium, B vitamins and provitamin A. They help the whole body function well: from the cardiovascular system to the digestive system. Therefore, I try to close them for the winter so that the maximum amount of vitamins remains and the taste does not change much.

The best option, according to my household, was canning apricot juice with pulp. Moreover, rarely can any of them guess from the result whether I used a juicer or not. And for you, I have prepared my favorite recipes for preparing aromatic orange juice in different ways.

Now you know how to prepare apricot juice according to my favorite recipes.

And for clarity, watch a video about such preparations.

Apricot juice is a healthy and tasty drink that can be easily prepared at home. It is enough to separate the juice from the apricot pulp and boil it well. Spices, apples and lemons will help improve the taste of the drink.

Cooking rules

To prepare high-quality juice, you need ripe, juicy apricots. If the fruits are not ripe enough, they will produce little juice.

The fruits are first washed and divided into parts. The seeds are removed, and the remaining halves are left to dry for 1-2 hours.

You can process the fruit pulp manually or using kitchen appliances. Gauze, a sieve, a meat grinder, a blender or a juicer will help separate the pulp.

Features of preparing apricot juice:

  • use enamel, plastic or glass containers;
  • for canning you will need glass jars of various capacities;
  • for long-term storage of apricot juice, containers are sterilized;
  • During the cooking process, fruits are not allowed to come into contact with metal surfaces;
  • cooking beyond the prescribed time leads to the destruction of vitamins and nutrients;
  • ripe fruits cook faster than unripe ones;
  • during heat treatment, the liquid is constantly stirred;
  • the pulp is not thrown away, but left for making purees and fillings for pies;
  • Juice from apples, pears, and peaches goes well with apricot juice.

To get preparations for the winter, you need to sterilize the jars in a water bath, in the microwave or oven. The lids need to be boiled well. Instead of jars, you can use glass bottles with lids.

Apricot juice recipes

To prepare a delicious drink for the winter, add lemon, apples or spices to apricots. Change the amount of sugar as desired. A juicer, blender or juicer will help simplify the process.

With pulp for the winter

Apricot juice with pulp has a thick consistency and rich taste. This is ensured due to the increased concentration of pulp in the drink.

Preparation procedure:

  1. First, 5 kg of apricots are processed. The fruits are washed, divided into parts, and the seeds are discarded.
  2. The resulting mass is placed in a large saucepan and filled with cold water. The thickness of the water above the fruit is 3 cm.
  3. Place the container on the stove, bring the mass to a boil and continue cooking until the fruit softens.
  4. When the apricots are boiled, turn off the stove. The apricot mass is left to cool to room temperature.
  5. The cooled fruits are placed in a sieve and ground in small batches. The water and residues are processed through a sieve.
  6. The resulting mass is transferred to a new container, filled with water and boiled for 5 minutes.
  7. If desired, add sugar to the apricot drink. The finished product is poured into jars.

Through a juicer

It is very easy to prepare apricot juice if you have a juicer. Such devices can be manual, mechanical or fully automated.

An auger juicer is suitable for processing apricots or other stone fruits. It consists of a round bushing, during which the seeds are separated from the pulp. You can obtain apricot pomace using any type of juicer.

The process of obtaining juice using a juicer includes several stages:

  1. Ripe apricots in the amount of 2 kg must be thoroughly washed. If the juicer is not designed to work with fruits containing seeds, then remove them manually.
  2. The resulting mass is loaded into the container of the device and the juice is squeezed out of it.
  3. Add 1.5 liters of water and 200 g of sugar to the apricot pomace. The number of components is allowed to vary according to taste.
  4. Mix the liquid well, put on fire and cook for 10 minutes. When foam begins to appear, it must be removed with a spoon.
  5. To preserve apricot drink for the winter, jars and lids are sterilized.
  6. The hot liquid is poured into containers that are closed with lids.
  7. The jars are turned over and left under a blanket until they cool completely.

With lemon

Apricot juice acquires an unusual taste after adding lemon. The process of preparing the drink includes several stages:

  1. Juice is squeezed out of apricots in any convenient way.
  2. For each 3-liter jar of juice, take 1 lemon and 3 tbsp. l. Sahara. The juice is squeezed out of the lemon and added to the apricot juice.
  3. The resulting mixture is placed on the fire and wait until it boils. Add sugar to taste.
  4. After the boil begins, wait 5 minutes.
  5. Hot apricot liquid is poured into jars and closed with lids.
  6. The containers are turned over and kept under a blanket until completely cooled.

With apples

When apples are added, the apricot drink becomes less concentrated and acquires a sour, refreshing taste.

To obtain apple-apricot juice, follow the following algorithm:

  1. Apricots in the amount of 3 kg need to be washed well, divided into parts and pits removed. The fruits are passed through a juicer.
  2. Then take 3 kg of apples. The fruits are washed and cut into quarters, the core is cut out. A squeeze is obtained from apples in a similar way.
  3. Fill the pan with 300 ml of water, add the previously obtained liquids.
  4. To neutralize the sour taste of apples, add 300 g of sugar to the liquid. The amount of sweetener can be changed as desired.
  5. The mixture is simmered over low heat, but not brought to a boil. When foam forms, remove it with a slotted spoon.
  6. The finished apricot drink is poured into sterilized jars and the lids are screwed on.

Spicy

Adding spices helps give the apricot drink a piquant taste. The amount of spices can be changed or some items can be completely eliminated.

Fresh mint (2-4 leaves), clove stars (4 pcs.), vanilla pods (1 pc.), cinnamon (1 pc.) go well with apricot.

How to prepare a spicy drink:

  1. Juice is squeezed out of apricots using any suitable method.
  2. For every 4 liters of liquid obtained, take 1 lemon.
  3. Pour 0.7 liters of water into a separate pan, add 300 g of granulated sugar, lemon juice and selected spices. Lemon peel is also added to the syrup.
  4. Place the container with the syrup on the fire and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Then the contents of the pan are filtered through cheesecloth, the liquid is poured into the apricot pomace.
  6. Place the apricot juice on the fire and wait until it starts to boil. The liquid is constantly stirred and foam is removed from the surface.
  7. When boiling begins, turn off the fire. Add sugar to taste.
  8. Cook the liquid for another 5 minutes over low heat.
  9. The apricot drink is poured into jars and sealed.

Through a juicer

A juicer is a device for preparing juices. Its design includes several containers placed one above the other. There are devices that operate from the mains.

When apricot pulp is exposed to steam, juice is released, which does not require boiling or other processing. The resulting liquid has a good taste and a high concentration of nutrients.

When using a juicer, the juicing process takes a long time. However, much less effort will be expended than with other devices.

The process of preparing an apricot drink using a juicer:

  1. Water is poured into the lower part of the juicer in an amount of 3-5 liters, depending on the volume of the device.
  2. To fill the top container, you need to wash the apricots and divide them into halves.
  3. The fruits are sprinkled with 5-7 tablespoons of sugar on top to speed up the release of juice.
  4. The device is placed on the stove or connected to the mains.
  5. The cooking process lasts from 45 minutes to 2 hours. The exact information is specified in the instructions for the device.
  6. Apricot juice is poured into jars and sealed for the winter.

Sugarless

Apricots themselves are sweet, so you can make juice without adding sugar. This drink is suitable for those who follow a healthy diet. Sugar-free juice can be included in the diet menu.

How to prepare a sugar-free drink:

  1. First you need to select 4 kg of apricots, divide them into parts and discard the pits.
  2. Add 2 cups of boiling water to the container with the pulp.
  3. The fruits are boiled for 10 minutes, after which they are rubbed through a sieve.
  4. The resulting apricot pomace is poured into a pan and placed on the stove.
  5. When the liquid boils, it is poured into jars for storage.

In a blender

If you don’t have special equipment for making juice, you can use a regular blender. An immersion blender or food processor is suitable for processing apricots.

The process of preparing apricot juice in a blender consists of the following steps:

  1. For juice, 3 kg of ripe apricots are selected.
  2. Then take a large saucepan, which is filled 2/3 with water.
  3. Place the container on the fire and bring the water to a boil.
  4. Before the boiling process begins, prepare a pan with cold water.
  5. Apricots are placed in a colander and immersed in boiling water for 15-20 seconds.
  6. Then the fruits are placed in cold water for 1 minute.
  7. After this treatment, you can easily remove the skin from the fruit and remove the seeds.
  8. The resulting pulp is placed in a separate bowl.
  9. The apricot mass is placed in a blender and processed to obtain a homogeneous puree.
  10. Add 0.8 liters of water to the finished mass. Then pour in ½ tsp. citric acid and 0.2 kg of sugar.
  11. Place the mixture on the fire and wait until it boils, then keep the container on the stove for 5 minutes. The amount of sugar and water can be changed to give the drink the desired taste and thickness.
  12. Hot apricot juice is poured into containers for storage.

Conclusion

Apricot juice is prepared from fresh fruits. If desired, add spices, lemon squeeze or sugar to the drink. A juicer, blender or juicer will help simplify the cooking procedure. If the drink is prepared for the winter, all containers are pasteurized.

  1. Through a juicer. This method is good because the fruits are processed quickly enough, the pulp passes through the filter. Juicers are used in different types, these include manual devices, electric or steam.
  2. Through a pressure cooker. The drink obtained using this method will be homogeneous, there will be less pulp in it, but at the same time it will not lose its beneficial qualities.
  3. Manually. In the absence of the necessary equipment, you can extract nectar from fruits ground through a sieve, which are pre-boiled. Previously, apricot juice was prepared in this way.

In order for the product to be stored for a long time, it is boiled; all recipes have their own way of processing the drink. To ensure that beneficial substances are not lost during the heat treatment, the drink is boiled for a short time.

Canning fruit drinks requires compliance with the rules for sterilizing jars and lids. To do this, they most often use a double boiler or oven, and recently a microwave oven. Before sterilization, containers are thoroughly washed and treated, and it is necessary to prepare clean napkins and the place where the jars will be located in advance. The lids are usually boiled for 5-10 minutes.

According to the general rules for preparing apricot juice, it is poured into jars in a boiling state. After that, the glass containers are rolled up with tin lids, placed upside down in a dark place, while the top of the jars is covered with a warm blanket. After a certain time, the jars are lowered into the cellar for long-term storage.

You can prepare delicious homemade apricot juice using different recipes, but often people want to preserve the drink without sugar, thereby preserving its natural taste and quality. Everyone chooses their own cooking method and recipe according to their own taste.

How to cook in a juicer

The juice cooker is a 3-tier enamel pan with a valve and a straw for draining the juice. One container contains water, the second contains fruit, and the third contains juice itself.

It’s quite easy to cook delicious and healthy apricot juice in a juice cooker.

The principle of operation of a juicer is very similar to a double boiler; under the influence of steam, the fruit begins to release juice, which collects in the middle compartment.

Recipes for apricot juice for the winter, prepared in a juicer, are very similar. It is enough to stock up on aromatic fruits, water and sugar.

Pour water into the lower compartment of the unit. Peeled fruits are placed in the upper section and sprinkled with sugar to enhance the release of juice. The valve with the straw must be closed so that the juice does not flow out. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Then you can open the valve and drain the liquid into sterile glass jars. Cover the jars with tin lids and leave to cool for a while.

In fact, you can prepare apricot nectar without sugar using a juicer; it will turn out quite soft and tender, as it will be steamed.

Some people are happy to combine different fruits, for example, they put black currants and apples in a container with apricots, and add citrus fruits such as lemon and orange. The convenience of this device is that you can do just fine without a juicer.

There are different recipes that allow you to create unusual, tasty and vitamin-rich drinks using this device.

Making juice in a blender

Now it’s worth considering how to prepare apricot juice using a blender. This method is liked by many housewives, as it takes little time and is quite simple to implement.

You need to prepare 3 kg of fruit, 1 liter of water, 200 g of granulated sugar, 0.5 tsp of citric acid. The fruits need to be treated with boiling water and allowed to cool. After which it is quite easy to peel the boiled apricots and remove the seeds.

Peeled fruits are ground into puree using a blender. Add water, sugar, citric acid to this mass and place on low heat.

If the drink turns out to be too thick, you can dilute it with water, but then you need to keep track of how much sugar you need to add in proportion to the liquid.

The resulting mass can be immediately poured into jars and sealed with lids. Many housewives use so-called lids (screws), this is quite convenient and does not require the use of a seaming machine, but they are suitable exclusively for certain jars.

Apricot nectar

Each housewife makes such preparations differently, since taste preferences in families also differ greatly. Some people like clarified and sweeter drinks, others prepare nectars with pulp and a minimum amount of sugar, but everyone, without exception, wants to get the maximum benefit from the juice they drink.

Recipes for preparing fruit nectar with the addition of citrus fruits are very popular, as it will not only be tasty, but also rich in vitamin C. Drinking such a drink in winter is healthy and nutritious, but not many people know how to make apricot juice at home.

To create a vitamin drink you will need: 3 liters of ready-made juice, 1-2 lemons, 100-150 g of sugar and 500 ml of water. If the juice was extracted through a juicer and was not boiled, then the drink must be heat treated. A syrup is prepared from water, sugar and lemon zest. All ingredients are boiled for about 7-10 minutes, after which the liquid is filtered.

The lemon itself is cut into pieces, the juice is squeezed out of it and added to the syrup. Next, the finished juice is combined with sweet syrup, a total of 3 liters of ready-made nectar should be obtained. The liquid is boiled for no more than 5 minutes and poured into a glass container.

Recipes with the addition of citrus fruits are quite varied; many housewives combine the juice with orange, grapefruit and lime. Additional flavor in dishes comes from ingredients such as mint, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon balm, cherries and currants.

Apricot with strawberries

An unusual recipe for creating apricot juice and strawberries. To prepare it, it is best to use a juicer, since both of these fruits are quite capricious, and steam treatment will create a fairly high-quality product.

The process itself is quite simple: fruits are placed one by one in the berry compartment and the resulting nectar is poured into one clean container. The resulting mixture is put on fire and sugar is added to taste. It takes about 10 minutes to cook, after which you can pour it into jars or bottles.

Previously, every housewife rolled up preserved food under metal lids, but now most cooks prefer vacuum jars or bottles with a twist. Such containers can be purchased at hardware stores or ordered online.

A few secrets from experienced chefs

For preservation, it is best to use ripe and unspoiled products; this will help avoid fermentation and extend the shelf life of the finished product.

The largest amount of vitamins and nutrients are stored in juice with pulp, so this is what you should give your preference to.

This fruit goes well with citrus fruits, this gives the drink more energy value and taste.

Waste in the form of peel and pulp can be used to prepare sweet filling for pies.

In general, preparing apricot juice for the winter is necessary and useful; it is introduced into the diet of children and is recommended to be consumed every day by older people. This drink will diversify your winter diet and help the body replenish its vitamin reserves.

general information

There are two main ways to obtain juice - heat treatment and extraction. So, for the second one a juicer is used, and for the first one a juicer is used. The latter has an important advantage, which is that it does not require your constant presence and participation during the preparation process.

The juicer does most of the work itself. The juice in it is obtained by steaming berries, fruits or vegetables. The device itself consists of three container parts. The bottom pan is placed directly on the stove and filled with water (usually 3-4 liters). A saucepan is placed in it, into which the juice is collected, and into it - a container with holes into which it is drained - a steam basket. Raw materials are placed in this basket. In the pan where the drink is collected, there is a hose for draining it. Do you understand the general principle of how to cook juice in a juice cooker?

Details on how to prepare for juicing from a juicer

To do this, first of all, you need to carry out preparatory work. Wash grapes, apples, apricots, tomatoes or cherries (or other fruits and vegetables) thoroughly. We sort them out, throw away spoiled and limp fruits, and cut large ones into pieces. We cut out the rotten places. The smaller the workpieces, the better. For example, cut an apple into at least six pieces. It is not necessary to peel them, since the juicer will perfectly fulfill its purpose in this case too. But it is better to remove the seeds and seeds so that they do not clog the holes for draining the juice.

Before using the device for the first time, wash it thoroughly and boil the hose. Place it on the juice collector pipe and be sure to secure the clamp. Fill the bottom saucepan with water and install the juice collector. At the very end, place the fruit container in its place and fill it with fruit. It's time to close the lid, light the fire and learn how to make juice in a juicer.

Juicing process

It begins when you light the fire. Most often, the cooking process lasts from 30 minutes to one and a half hours. At this time, you will easily have time to wash the jars, sterilize them, and then roll the juice into them. Do the same with the lids. Periodically open the juicer and stir the fruits for better drainage of the drink. There is no need to add fresh fruit. When the juice is ready, place a container in the hose and drain the drink, first removing the clamp. The juice is hot, about 75 degrees, so be careful. When cooking tomatoes, it is advisable to use a sieve; it will trap the seeds. As soon as the jar is filled, roll it up immediately before the juice cools down. Don't worry about sterility, as the steam will destroy all germs. You have received general information on how to cook juice in a juicer, and a few more tips. The drink needs to be sweetened at the very beginning of the process - granulated sugar is poured into the upper container along with the fruit. If you do this after cooking, sterility will be compromised. Do not throw away the remains of tomatoes and apples; they can be used when preparing adjika - in the first case, and as a filling for a pie - in the second.

Preparing apple juice in a juicer

If you are going to quench your thirst right now, then use a juicer; if you are preparing supplies for the winter, take a juicer. In order to get 2-3 liters of juice, you will have to process about 5 kg of fruit. We will need two liters of water and two tablespoons of sugar per liter of drink. It is better to choose sweet apples; in extreme cases, sweet and sour ones; sour ones can cause heartburn. We assemble the juicer, as you already know.

During the assembly process we fill it with water and fruit. We turn on our device and steam until the juice completely stops secreting. Depending on the hardness of the apples, this can last from 50 to 80 minutes. Then we finish the drink with granulated sugar. There is another option here besides the one described above. Pour sugar into a separate pan, fill it with juice from the juicer, stir and bring to a boil over low heat. If we cook without sand, then immediately pour the drink into jars. In both cases, having filled the containers with the finished product, roll them up and, wrapped in a blanket, leave them until they cool. The apple juice in the juicer is ready.

Preparing tomato juice

The juice from this product has a positive effect on vitality and is very beneficial for the functioning of the human heart. Fresh and ripe vegetables are best suited for its preparation.

The easiest way to prepare tomato juice is in a juicer. Wash the tomatoes well, cut them into slices and place them in the appropriate container of the device. Choose juicy varieties of tomatoes for these purposes. Now you need to add a little sugar and salt. Turn on the juicer and cook. When the first drops appear, be sure to taste them.

Preparing plum juice

For variety, let's prepare plum juice in a juicer.

The recipe for the drink with pulp is given below. We will need the following ingredients: ripe plums - four kilograms, granulated sugar - at the rate of 300 grams per liter of juice. We sort through our fruits well and wash them. Place in a juicer. Our quantity of products should yield about one and a half liters of drink. Cook the mixture, pour the resulting juice into a saucepan with granulated sugar, add the remaining pulp, previously rubbed through a fine sieve. Bring to a boil over low heat. Just a couple of minutes - and the juice and pulp are cooked. Pour it into a sterile container and immediately roll it up.

Make thick jam from it or prepare a lot of delicious desserts. How do you like it? The result was a completely waste-free production with minimal investment of resources and time. By the way, the juice in a juicer turns out sweeter than from a juicer, and is stored for a long time without changing the taste.
