Delicious baked egg pancake rolls with meat filling! They can be made in both large and small sizes - it all depends on the diameter of your frying pan; You can also replace the minced pork for the filling with chicken or mixed minced meat. Ready-made egg rolls are very, very juicy, perfect for both holiday and everyday tables.

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs 7 pcs.
Minced pork 500 g
Purple onion 1 pc.
Hard cheese 100 g
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp.
Ground black pepper 2 pinches
Refined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Chicken broth 350 ml

Preparation:

Take a raw egg, break it into a bowl, add salt on the tip of a knife and 1 tsp. sour cream. Beat the egg with a fork until the sour cream is well mixed.

Immediately fry the pancake on both sides in a hot frying pan from the resulting egg mixture - turn it over very carefully to maintain its integrity! I recommend frying egg pancakes in a wide frying pan (28 cm in diameter).

While the pancake is frying, make the egg mixture according to the principle from step 2. As soon as one egg pancake is fried, immediately fry the next one. We do this with all seven eggs - in the end we get 7 egg pancakes.

Grind the peeled onion, chop it finely and add to the minced pork. Also add salt and ground black pepper. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.

On one side of the egg pancake we place some of the minced meat in the form of an oblong block.

We wrap the roll (like cabbage rolls).

We wrap all the pancakes in this way - place the resulting rolls in a baking dish.

Add a tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of salt to the hot broth or boiled water, mix and pour in the egg rolls so that they are covered a little more than half.

Place the rolls in an oven preheated to 200 ºC and bake for about 15 minutes under foil and 10 minutes without it (I baked under the grill).

We take out the rolls, sprinkle them with finely grated cheese and put them in the now turned off oven for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.

Snacks are always welcome on any table, especially on a formal occasion. However, even on ordinary days, sometimes you want to treat yourself to something unusual. Today I would like to invite you to prepare an omelet roll with crab sticks. In this version, mayonnaise is not used, I replaced it with sour cream, but it turned out no worse. From the proposed amount of products you will get two rolls, each of which will be divided into rolls.

Pour half the batter into the frying pan, we should get a thick pancake. Immediately after this, immediately pour crab sticks onto the still raw dough, distributing them evenly over the entire surface. Their task is to “drown” in the dough, which will allow them not to fall out after baking. We will bake our omelette on one side only, so keep the heat low and cover the frying pan with a lid. We wait 3-4 minutes, remove the pancake from the pan and transfer it to a plate.


Roll the omelette tightly into a roll.


Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into several pieces. We do the same with the second half of the dough.
I didn’t have any greenery on hand, which I greatly regretted. These rolls would look even more attractive if I topped them with sprigs of parsley or dill. However, they themselves look elegant. I wish everyone bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon of semolina;
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • spices to taste.

For the meat filling:

  • 1 onion;
  • 300-350 grams of minced chicken;
  • spices and salt to taste.

Cooking process:

First you need to prepare the omelette.


In a deep bowl, using a whisk, beat the eggs with the spices.


Then add mayonnaise, a spoonful of semolina, grated hard cheese on a fine grater and mix.


Leave the mixture for a few minutes so that the semolina swells a little.


While the semolina swells, we begin preparing the filling. Combine the minced meat with finely grated onion, add spices to taste.


Mix the minced meat well.


When the minced meat is ready, you can start baking the omelet: cover a baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil and pour the egg mixture into the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet with the omelette in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until done.


Remove the finished omelette from the oven, let it cool slightly, separate it from the paper, and evenly spread the prepared minced meat on it.


Roll the omelette into a tight roll.

  • Minced pork – 300 g;
  • Minced chicken – 300 g;
  • Hard cheese (Poshekhonsky) – 70 g;

  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Breadcrumbs – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.;

How to cook minced meatloaf with egg and cheese in the oven

1. Place minced pork and chicken (preferably homemade) into a bowl and mix. If it does not contain onions, then add 1 small onion, which we first grate or chop in a blender bowl.

2. Add the egg, seasoning and salt (3 pinches).

3. Pour the crackers into a bowl and add the cloves of garlic that have been passed through a press.

4. Mix the mixture well, beating the mixture on the bottom of the bowl 3-4 times. This way the minced meat will become fluffy and retain its juiciness during baking.

5. Grate the boiled egg and cheese coarsely, chop the parsley finely, and place everything in a bowl.

6. Add mayonnaise, mix and the delicious filling for the roll is ready.

7. Pour oil (1 tsp) onto a piece of baking paper, distribute it by hand and place it on the work surface.

8. Place the meat mixture on the prepared paper and knead evenly with your fingers into a not very thin layer. Turn on the oven at 190 degrees.

9. Add the egg filling in the middle of the layer and, moving away from the edges, distribute it.

10. Supporting the edges of the paper, cover the filling with minced meat on both sides.

11. Seal all the edges, turn over and make the meatloaf the same thickness. It will be more convenient to form it if your hands are wetted in water.

12. Wrap the meat loaf in paper, wrapping the ends of the paper. This way, when baking, the dish will cook evenly and retain all the juices inside. There will be no need to wash dishes. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes. There is no need to open the dish; the minced meat in the oven under the paper will be evenly covered with a brown crust.

An excellent and quite simple appetizer - fried egg rolls filled with minced meat and baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Chicken eggs - 7 pcs.
  • Minced pork - 500 gr.
  • Crimean onion - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Chicken broth - 350 ml.
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Ground pepper - 2 pinches.
  • Salts - 2 tsp.

So, let's start preparing the rolls. To do this, break a chicken egg into a bowl, add a spoonful of sour cream and salt on the tip of a knife. Whisk the mixture until the sour cream disperses well and turns into a homogeneous mixture with the egg. From the resulting mixture, fry an egg pancake, fry it on both sides, just try to carefully turn it over so as not to break it.

While the first pancake is frying, prepare more egg mixture for the second, and so on until all the pancakes are fried and the ingredients for preparing the egg mass are gone. I deliberately do not cook the whole mixture of eggs at once, because it needs to be placed in a frying pan immediately after kneading so that it rises well and is fluffy.

So, if we have 7 eggs in the recipe, then we should get 7 pancakes. Next, peel the onion, wash it and chop it very finely and add it to the minced meat. After this, add salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly.

On top of the egg pancake we place a portion of minced meat in the form of a sausage and wrap it in a roll, as we usually do cabbage rolls. Once all the minced pancakes are wrapped, place them in the prepared baking pan.

Heat up the chicken broth, if you don’t have it, then you can add plain water to it, add a tablespoon of sour cream, a pinch of salt, mix everything together and fill the rolls with this liquid. The rolls should be more than half covered with broth. In this form, set to bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, covering the dish with foil, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese, sprinkle the already baked rolls on top and place in the switched off oven to melt the cheese. Serve, cool slightly and cut into portions.

Place the ground beef in a small saucepan. Add salt, pepper, granulated garlic and mayonnaise to taste.

Using an immersion blender, thoroughly grind the minced meat with mayonnaise and spices.

The consistency of the resulting mixture should be viscous and resemble meat pate.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, lightly salt and pour in the milk.

Using a mixer or whisk, beat the egg mixture until fluffy.

Pour the egg and milk mixture into a well-heated pancake pan with olive oil to form a thin pancake.

Bake it over medium heat for one and a half minutes on each side. You should have 4 pancakes in total.
